   • Heat builds from movement and from noisy tasks; silent tasks are slower but safer.
   • Cellmate escalates through four states — sleeping, pacing, fixated, enraged. Contact while enraged ends the run.

   — The four-state escalation is the part that's working: you can feel the room get tighter without a single number on screen. Loss copy is still placeholder. May or may not get a v0.2 — that's what skunkworks is for.
